Disposable Bamboo Nappy Liners

Our bamboo nappy liners are compostable, disposable and biodegradable.

Not only are they safe for your baby, but they are kind to the environment.

Switch to Kindy Ecobaby's eco-friendly Disposable Bamboo Nappy Liners and simplify your cloth nappy routine. Ideal for environmentally conscious parents, our liners from Kindy Ecobaby save you from the hassle of cleaning soiled nappies and are a perfect match for rash creams, protecting your cloth nappies from residue.

Easy to Use:

Simply place a Kindy Ecobaby liner next to your baby's skin in the nappy. When soiled, remove and flush the liner to dispose of waste, then bin the liner. Our liners are flush-friendly for most modern plumbing systems, though not recommended for septic systems.

Reusable for Wet Nappies:

Liners from Kindy Ecobaby that are only wet can be rinsed and reused. They're adjustable to fit any nappy size and are particularly useful when your baby starts solids or is on formula.

Environmentally Responsible:

Our 100 per cent bamboo liners from Kindy Ecobaby are not just kind to your baby's skin; they're biodegradable, compostable, and chemical-free. At 150mm x 300mm, they fit most modern cloth nappies, with 250 sheets per roll.

The Flush Debate:

While there's no conclusive research on the environmental impact of flushing bamboo liners, our research indicates that currently, there's no solid evidence to suggest that flushable nappy liners, like our product, have a significantly different environmental or waste management impact compared to other 'flushable' items such as wet wipes, tissues, or thick toilet paper. In Australia, where specific standards for flushability are yet to be established, the Australian Nappy Association notes that biodegradable bamboo nappy liners constitute a minor fraction of the total flushable waste in the highly efficient sewage systems.

At Kindy Ecobaby, we understand the convenience these liners add to using cloth nappies, encouraging their longer use. Based on available data, we recommend flushing only liners with solid waste, and only one at a time to ensure smooth processing. If you have a septic tank, bin rather than flush. If you are really unsure, bin rather than flush. For liners only wet with urine, we suggest washing, drying, and reusing them. Once they're no longer usable, these can either be binned or, to further reduce waste, composted

Dual-Use as Eco-Friendly Wipes:

These versatile liners from Kindy Ecobaby can also be transformed into eco-friendly wet wipes. Soak them in water, add essential oils if desired, and use them for gentle cleaning.

Did you know that bamboo fabric has anti-bacterial properties which remain constant even after 50 washes. Studies into the ability of natural bamboo fibre used in textile manufacturing to resist attack by bacteria and fungi have shown that bamboo fabric not only prevents bacteria from multiplying - it eliminates it altogether. This is unlike other natural fibres, even cotton, which allows bacteria to proliferate.  Considering this, bamboo is the fabric of choice to maintain a bacteria-free environment for your baby.
